EVENT DESCRIPTION
At the IBU Language School, our English Language Skills (ELS) students recently engaged in a dynamic poster presentation session that brought together language, creativity, and real-world communication. The activity allowed learners to research topics of interest, design visual posters, and present their ideas in English to peers and instructors. Through this process, students practiced essential academic and presentation skills—organizing information visually, using clear language for explanation, and adapting their speech to engage an audience. The event turned the classroom into an open forum for sharing ideas and learning collaboratively, encouraging students to use English with confidence and purpose.

EVENT OUTCOME
The poster presentations created an inspiring and supportive atmosphere where students took pride in expressing their perspectives and demonstrating their progress. As they presented, classmates listened actively, asked questions, and offered constructive feedback, transforming the activity into a rich exchange of ideas. The session highlighted how creativity can enhance language development—helping learners expand vocabulary, refine pronunciation, and strengthen fluency through meaningful interaction. This experience not only fostered communication and cultural awareness but also boosted students’ confidence in using English for authentic, academic-related tasks.
